Export Sales Manager
Are you ready to drive growth and take ownership for our export sales? At Pändy, we believe that snacks and candy should be part of a healthy lifestyle. Founded in 2015, we’ve built a strong portfolio of candy, snacks, drinks, and bars. With rapid growth and even higher ambitions, we’re now looking for an energized Export Sales Manager to lead our business outside Scandinavia. This crucial role focuses on driving sales, profitability leveraging existing customer relationships and actively build new ones.
The Role
As Export Sales Manager, you will report to COO & play a pivotal role in driving international sales growth and expanding our presence in export markets. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading, inspiring, and challenging current distributors to maximize growth potential and strengthen partnerships.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities by building relationships with distributors in untapped markets.
• Managing and developing existing direct buying customer base, ensuring optimized approach and activation to drive sales performance.
• Generating new leads and sales opportunities leveraging market insights to expand our international footprint.
• Analyzing sales & promotional data to improve performance and profitability.
• Negotiating commercial terms, agreements, and partnerships to secure mutually beneficial deals and long-term collaborations.
• Handling administrative tasks, including forecasting, reporting, and ensuring efficient sales operations end to end

Your Background
While we place great emphasis on personal fit, we’d like to see:
• +3 years of commercial experience in FMCG.
• Exceptional English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
