Mix 1 dl (50 g) mix with 70-100 ml water. Psst... Add 1 tbsp of baking powder to make them fluffy! Gives about 4-5 medium-sized pancakes.
Ingredients
Water-soluble protein pancake mix.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, whey protein concentrate (from milk, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin / E322)), wheat gluten, maltodextrin, egg white powder, whole egg powder, baking powder (E450, corn starch, E500), thickener (E412), salt. Recommended intake: Mix 50 g powder with about 70-100 ml of water.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.

Dosering: Blanda 50 g pulver med ca 70-100 ml vatten.

Pancake Mix with Protein
these pancakes are amazing! I usually add one banana to 100g mix and then just pop them into a toaster when i wanna have slme. Best to eat with fresh banana and i like it with side of flavored greek yoghurt. good way to get your proteins in.
